CSS-extractor is a tool dedicated to webmasters, or can also be used for an e-book reader engine (why I designed it in the first place). CSS-extractor takes all the internal CSS (defined in the header) and the inline CSS elements (defined in the style attributes of any HTML tag) and extracts them to an external CSS file, while making all the correct references in the webpage.
